- HIV Rate Up 12% Among Young Gay Men - Steepest Rise Is in Black Males Ages 13 to 24 (Washington Post Story - June 27, 2008) The study found that homosexual men were the only risk group in which the number of new infections rose annually from 2001 through 2006. (Epidemiologists prefer the term "men who have sex with men," or MSM, because many of them do not identify themselves as homosexual or gay.) In contrast, injecting-drug users, homosexual men who injected drugs, and heterosexuals each showed declines in new infections over that period. Read it here.

1. Men who have sex with men are at an increased risk of HIV infection.
2. Gay men use substances at a higher rate than the general population.
3. Depression and anxiety appear to affect gay men at a higher rate than in the general population.
4. Men who have sex with men are at an increased risk of sexually transmitted infection with the viruses that cause the serious condition of the liver known as hepatitis.
5. Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) occur in sexually active gay men at a high rate.

Schools withhold sad facts about homosexual lifestyle
Teachers are being irresponsible when they teach that homosexuality is a healthy lifestyle.
"It's a matter of great concern that educators are presenting homosexuality and same sex attraction to young people as a healthy lifestyle when the medical literature shows it is not. Numerous studies show an inability to maintain a commitment, rampant promiscuity and resultant serious depressive illness. In his book, The Sexual Organisation of the City, E. Laumann reported that among homosexuals in five urban areas the average length of a relationship was six months. M. Xiridou in 2003 reported that a long-term relationship among those he studied was 18 months, and overall they had an average of 18 to 26 partners per year. Homosexual Leader Calls AIDS 'a Gay Disease'
According to the federal Centers for Disease Control, 70 percent of all cases of HIV occur among men who have sex with other men (MSMs), people who are bisexual, or those who inject illegal drugs with infected needles. "...with 70 percent of the people in this country living with HIV being gay or bi (sexual), we cannot deny that HIV is a gay disease," Foreman told his audience. Medical Consequences of What Homosexuals Do
Throughout history, the major civilizations and major religions condemned homosexuality. Until 1961 homosexual acts were illegal throughout America. (1969 in Canada)
Gays claim that the "prevailing attitude toward homosexuals in the U.S. and many other countries is revulsion and hostility....for acts and desires not harmful to anyone." The American Psychological Association and the American Public Health Association assured the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986 that "no significant data show that engaging in...oral and anal sex, results in mental or physical dysfunction."

The Psychology of Homosexuality
Though many would like to think otherwise, the very existence of our society depends upon each individual contributing to the survival and well-being of all. No one -- except the old, the sick, the handicapped -- has ever been exempt from leading a productive life. In primitive societies, the good man hunted for the sustenance of the entire tribe and the good woman bore and reared children to ensure the survival of their kind. In modern culture, the roles have changed in superficial ways, but until recently have remained essentially the same. Good citizens led productive lives and brought children into the world to replenish the community with virtue.
